All plans require a 12-month minimum commitment to ensure the permanence of your memorial. After 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Your physical plaque is yours to keep forever, but the QR code will stop linking to your memorial page if your subscription ends.
Will the QR code wear off or fade?
Never! The QR code is laser-engraved directly into your plaque material, making it permanent. It will not fade, peel, or wear off. We guarantee it for the lifetime of your plaque.
Can I password-protect my memorial page?
Yes! You have complete control over privacy. Make your memorial public (anyone can view), password-protected (only people with your password can view), or hidden (only you can view). Change these settings anytime.
